Studio
Drawing and easel-painting studio, WSTK Warsaw, ul. Emilii Plater 47, pavilion 15 (mezzanine).
“Some painters transform the sun into a yellow spot, but others, thanks to their art and intelligence, transform a yellow spot into the sun.”
— Pablo Picasso
The studio trains participants in drawing and easel painting, and in painterly seeing in its broadest sense. Building on the achievements of painting and a sensitivity to colour, form and light, we favour personal exploration of means of expression, offering an open-ended adventure with painting.
Anyone can join, regardless of age or whether they’ve ever held a brush or pencil before. Everyone is welcome — whether you want to develop your own artistic talent, or simply spend time painting and drawing in the company of people with similar interests.
The only conditions for taking part are: an individual introductory conversation, joining the Warsaw Association of Culture Creators (WSTK), and paying the membership dues.
