— hang on, the match is still on
— and did you buy me a sweet bun?
— I’ll get one in a second, just let me finish the paper…
And so I can ask him, I can beg him, without end,
I can rage and still,
it’s good that he’s here —
after all, I could be listening to a silent echo.
