Tangled Up in Tango at Złota Milonga
"Ztangowani" (Tangled Up in Tango) is a cycle of works in charcoal and chalk on card. It is devoted to the dancers of the "Złota Milonga" Argentine Tango Club in Warsaw. The figures were drawn from photographs published on the club's website over the years. The choice is not random: these are clearly moments of emotion filled with tango, its music and its sensitivity. The cycle is not finished — there is still a lot of work ahead of me before it is complete...
