Tango in Painting
Welcome to tango in painting
Tango paintings are a way of sharing with you what can’t always be put into words. Sometimes you have to notice that fraction of a second, hold it for a moment, and feel it…
The “Ztangowani” painting cycle, bridging painting and Argentine tango, has been shown at the Lobkowitz Ducal Palace in Żagań, at Galeria Piecowa and Mała Francja in Warsaw, at the G4 Art Club Gallery in Wrocław, and at the Multicultural Library — more in Painting: painting cycles →.
The “Ztangowani” cycle
- Tangled Up in Tango at Złota Milonga — 33 charcoal-and-chalk drawings of dancers from the “Złota Milonga” Argentine Tango Club in Warsaw
- Tangled Up in Tango at other milongas — 10 drawings of dancers from various milongas
